Shipping & Delivery Policy
We are proud to offer free international shipping that currently operates in over 200 countries and islands worldwide.
Expedited shipping will cost an additional $29.99USD. If a customer chooses expedited shipping we process & ship his/her orders in 12-24 hours by express mail. The express orders are delivered in 3-5 business days. Note that holidays, weekends, and Mondays are NOT included in processing or shipping times. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your package leaves our facility we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carrier tracking information. We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Aysoti cannot be held responsible for packages returned to the sender (Aysoti), marked by the carrier as “delivered”, or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Please double-check that your address that the information you enter is correct. While items are inspected before they leave our store, Aysoti is NOT responsible for orders that arrive damaged by the shipping carrier.
Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. Aysoti will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
ORDERS THAT ARE UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED
All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, or undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 60% of an item’s value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.
HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?
Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by DHL, TNT, USPS, FEDEX, or PTS depending on the weight and size of the product.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
CANCELING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 4 hours as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at email@example.com as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel an order that you have just made.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: Certain items may be on backorder / Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office / Different designers/warehouse locations (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)
HOW LONG DOES FREE SHIPPING TAKE?
TRACK YOUR ORDER
To track your order, please go to our Order tracking page and insert the email address that you have used for your order and order number. We will also send you an email with your order details and tracking information, please click on the tracking number so you can check the package status.
*Please note that the tracking system does not update during the transit period between countries, but it will update again once it’s in your country. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the mailing system. All items are shipped out via a trackable method.
