RETURNS, EXCHANGE and REFUND POLICY
Our Exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone from the day the order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Since you make an order and accept responsibility, please make sure you choose the correct size, model and type.
We offer free shipping for items purchased. However, in case you need to exchange an item, please note that the cost of returning the item to us will be your responsibility. We are unable to create shipping labels, so the customer must send the package back to us for either a product exchange or store credit. After receiving the package, we will inspect it and proceed with the exchange or provide store credit.
“REFUNDS & RETURNS”
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get store credit or exchange the product for another one. Items will be double-checked and erroneous or defective items will not be delivered. *Disputes can only be opened up to 5 days after the customer receives the order.
NOTE: We process a full refund only if the item you’ve ordered is out of stock. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, you will send the product back to us at your cost, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds will be credited in 15-20 days, depending on the bank.
EXCHANGE
We exchange the model you ordered (if available) if the size is smaller or bigger. We can also change it to another model. In case we have it in our stock.
Exchange is only possible when we receive the package.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sometimes(rarely) it happens, that we are not able to exchange your item, in this case, we offer you good discounts/gifts for your next purchases.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for exchanging your item. In some countries, shipping companies charge extra fees for shipping an exchange product.
Depending on where you live, it may take some time (up to 10-20 days) for your exchanged product, to reach you.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is no trackable shipping.
Out of stock:
Some items may be out of stock or there may be insufficient products to complete the order during the order processing stage. Our customer service staff will contact you and provide a status update.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 6 hours as your order might have already been processed.
Please do drop us an email at support@aysotiman.com as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel an order that you have just made.
Cancelling an order after we send a package is not possible. In that case, we do not offer refunds/returns.
