Shopping Basics

b. Select the details (if any), and click on ‘Add to Cart’. This action will lead you to your Shopping Cart Summary, in which you can choose to continue browsing or make payment for the chosen piece(s). Repeat steps (1) and (2) if you wish to add more items to your shopping cart.

c. Click on ‘Next’ once you’ve finalized your order. Confirm your mailing address and please remember to include your phone no. so we can put it on the delivery advice, just in case you’re not home. This way, Mr. Postman will be able to contact you.

d. Pay via your Credit/Debit cards or Paypal, you’re done!

The site works with EU/US sizes. The best scenario is that you type in your measurements so we can deliver the most accurate size for you. In every product info, you have a size guide so you can check and determine your EU/US size based on your weight and height.

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.


We accept payments via Credit/Debit cards, but you can also pay with  PayPal and Apple Pay!

Yes, we accept international credit cards.

Shipping & Returns

To track your order, please go to our Order tracking page and insert the email address that you have used for your order and order number. We will also send you an email with your order details and tracking information, please click on the tracking number so you can check the package status.

with the tracking number provided when your item has been sent. If you’ve just been sent the number, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the postal system to reflect the status. Do understand that because it is our port of departure deals with consistently high volumes of traffic in terms of out-going packages, there may sometimes be a delay in your tracking number being updated in the system. However, please rest assured that once you are issued a tracking number, it means that our shipper has already collected the package and prepared it for shipping.

Standard Shipping is Free worldwide for all orders, prices of items include shipping fees, and there are no additional costs when you pay except the customs if applied.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get store credit or exchange the product for another one. Items will be double-checked and erroneous or defective items will not be delivered. *Disputes can only be opened up to 5 days after the customer received the order.

If an item does not fit, please email us within 7 days of receipt. We will unfortunately not be able to allow exchanges if contacted after 7 days of receiving an order.

We pride ourselves on providing accurate measurements (with an allowance of 1-3cm) for all our products. If you receive an item and it does not fit, we allow exchanges for the correct size, but if you would like to be issued store credit/exchange for a different item, please note shipping costs to us will have to be borne on your end. We’re a small business and we keep all unsold products – so we hope to gain your understanding 🙂

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 4 hours as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at support@aysotiman.com as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel an order that you have just made or change it.
